Scream 4 star Marley Shelton has welcomed her second daughter with her producer husband, Beau Flynn, Shelton's rep confirmed to E! News.
And what's a great name for a baby girl who's born on Tuesday?

Ruby Jeanne joins big sister West, 2 1/2, in the family fold and she and mom are said to be "gorgeous and healthy," according to Shelton's rep.
The 38-year-old actress, who's been married to Flynn since 2001, most recently appeared on Harry's Law, and her next film is Decoding Annie Parker, costarring Helen Hunt, Rashida Jones and Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul.
