Patrick Dempsey proved to be another celeb that is not afraid of getting in the face of danger if it means helping a fellow citizen, which proves that not only is he that much sexier, he's a good person (which is more important, obvs).

So what happened?

Dempsey helped a young guy get out of a crashed vehicle!

Shawn Ryan, a showrunner for The Shield, tweeted, "True Story: Grey's Anatomy actor Patrick Dempsey pulled my friend's son out of overturned car after bad accident on Tuesday. #GoodDude"

Good dude, indeed.

When the TV doctor isn't saving lives, he's losing his own.

Dempsey was a victim of a Twitter death hoax recently after "RIP Patrick Dempsey" quickly became a top trending topic, but he quickly put us at ease when he tweeted, "Hi I am back From the dead!"

Thank goodness.
